Steel mesh welding machine operation steps and processes

First, before the job:
1, steel mesh welding machine / welding machine / welding machine must be designated to use and management;
2, the operator must be proficient welding machine structure, performance, operation and maintenance methods, and after training on the machine operation;
3, check whether there is loose equipment fasteners, chain wheels, gear rack, gearbox, orbit is lack of oil;
4, check the electrical control box switch is safe and reliable, with or without an exception;
5, check the electrical equipment metal shell is solid and reliable then zero (ground) protection.
Second, the operation:
1, Close the power switch, power supply to the welder;
2, check the network platform is pulled at the starting position, if it is the third step operation, if not pull network platform transferred to the starting position, at the same time pull the network controller must be adjusted to HP2 position and confirm;
3, the "welded mesh control switch" and "pull the net control switch" to pull off the position;
4, into the diameter wire;
5, press the "start" button to start the spindle motor;
6, open the "governor" switch, rotate "speed" button to make the machine rotate;
7, the machine rotates to put down the first weft, and then open the "pull net control" switch, the machine will be automatically welded; pay attention to the weft to place the device into the weft.
8, After the machine welding is completed, turn off the "Welded Wire Control" and "Pull Mesh Control" switches, turn the speed control knob to "OFF" and apply the brakes to stop the machine;
9, remove the mesh, into the next mesh with a diameter wire;
10, press the "back" button to pull network platform back to the starting position;
11, repeat 6-10 steps. Work normally.
Third, after the job:
1, the work is over, cut off the power, lock the power cabinet;
2, do a good job of equipment inspection and maintenance work.
